1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, features and operations of the kj 99 platform. By creating an account, logging in or using any service on kj 99, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use the platform. kj 99 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on kj 99. No person below this age limit may register on the platform. kj 99 may request valid documents for age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close an account if adequate proof is not provided.

Each person may open only one account.
All information provided at registration must be true, accurate and up to date.
Opening an account under someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.
Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may result in all accounts being closed.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the kj 99 support team immediately. kj 99 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from sharing account details with a third party.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad and Rocket are currently supported for deposits on kj 99. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Please ensure you provide the correct transaction number and details when making a deposit. kj 99 will not be responsible for delays or complications caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

bKash, Nagad and Rocket may also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be complete and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Withdrawals are generally sent to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
kj 99 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal in the case of a suspicious transaction.
Withdrawals are processed faster when account details and payment details match.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

kj 99 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed.

4.2 Summary of Bonus Terms

Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
Claiming another bonus while one is active may result in the first being cancelled.
Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device may result in both accounts being suspended.
kj 99 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 Weekly and Special Bonuses

kj 99 offers multiple promotional offers including weekly deposit gifts, slot festival bonuses, birthday special rewards, a refer-a-friend program and weekend cricket bonuses. Each offer has specific wagering requirements and eligibility criteria that may change from time to time.

5 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All users on kj 99 are expected to play fairly and honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or play games.
Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
Engaging in fraudulent behaviour or collusion with other users.
Threatening or disrespectful behaviour toward platform staff or other members.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, kj 99 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and confiscate the associated funds.

6 VIP Program

kj 99's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — starting from Bronze at 0.3% up to a maximum of 1.5% weekly cashback at the Diamond level.

Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).
Progression to a higher VIP level depends on the type and volume of play.
kj 99 reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.
VIP benefits are not transferable to another account.

7 Personal Information and Privacy

9 Platform Usage Limitations

9.1 Technical Interruptions and Maintenance

kj 99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services due to routine maintenance, upgrades or technical issues. Results of bets or games in progress at such times will be saved. However, if a bet is cancelled due to a disconnection, the amount is generally returned to the account.

9.2 Account Suspension and Closure

In the event of a breach of these Terms, kj 99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Whether a valid balance is returned will be decided based on the circumstances. Users may also request account closure themselves — in that case the account will be closed after the remaining balance is withdrawn.

12 Mobile Application

kj 99's Android and iOS applications are available through official channels. All provisions of these Terms also apply to use of the platform via the app. Downloading apps from third-party sources may carry security risks, for which kj 99 bears no responsibility.

13 Changes to Terms and Enforceability
